Nicki Hay Appointed SVP HRI by the DHL Supply Chain UK
Nicki Hay has had several top leadership positions since joining DHL in July 2004 as the Head of HR Consumer. In a fast-paced, demanding workplace, she created a customer-focused HR team in her most recent position as vice president of global functions for HR.
“In her 18 years with DHL, Nicki has obtained a wide awareness of our developing divisional strategy,” stated Saul Resnick, CEO UK&I, DHL Supply Chain. She has managed transformation and people-development initiatives in addition to leading pilots on future-ready skills.
Hay will have to work hard to connect with people and make them feel like they belong on the team. This is important because it has been difficult for all of us recently.
Says Hay “I am very honored to be taking on this position, and our region’s exceptional staff never ceases to humble me.
