Yilport expands portfolio with Croatian port takeover

Yilport Holding has acquired operations at the Port of Šibenikin Croatia, which will be transformed into a multi-purpose terminal. The operator plans to improve existing operations, expand storage capacity, and dredge the terminal to accommodate larger vessels. The proposed business plan’s second phase includes investments for Ro-Ro and liquid cargo services, with Yilport Holding looking to invest around €50 million to develop the terminal.
