A.P. Moller Capital acquires Vector Logistics to expand frozen logistics expertise in Africa
A.P. Moller Capital acquires South African logistics operator Vector Logistics from RCL Foods in order to expand further afield to meet Africa’s growing demand. Vector Logistics will be able to accelerate its mission of “Going Beyond” in supply chain expertise and logistics services as a result of the acquisition. A.P. Moller Capital has pledged to invest more than $750 million in infrastructure platforms in South and Southeast Asia.
