Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd (APSEZ) achieved a 5% year-on-year rise in container volume and a 9% year-on-year increase in overall port cargo volumes in fiscal year 2023. Mundra Port remains India’s largest seaport, with an estimated 6.6 million TEU handled there alone. APSEZ also passed 500,000 TEU in container rakes handled throughout the year, and Krishnapatnam Port had the largest departure draught in Indian maritime history. The investments made by the corporation in acquiring stakes and constructing container terminals have contributed to its growth.
