DP World expands its reefer container capacity in Sydney with a new facility.
Reefer World, a new refrigerated container facility in Sydney, Australia, has opened by DP World. The facility will provide pre-trip washing, inspection, and repairs for perishable cargo, as well as double DP World’s capacity to supply empty reefers. The strategic location of Reefer World near DP World’s Sydney Terminal will allow the facility to provide customers with faster turnaround times. The new facility is expected to meet rising export demand from key markets in Brisbane, Melbourne, and New Zealand.
