Maersk takes the lead as ocean carriers improve schedule reliability

According to Sea-Global Intelligence’s Liner Performance report, global schedule reliability for ocean carriers increased 7.7 percentage points M/M in February 2023, reaching 60.2%.

Schedule reliability increased M/M for all top-14 carriers, with PIL, ZIM, and Wan Hai posting double-digit gains.

Maersk was the most dependable of the top-14 carriers, with a reliability rate of 64.9%, followed by MSC and Hamburg Süd. ZIM had the lowest reliability rate of 52.0%.
