  1. The MSC CELESTINO MARESCA, designed by the Chinese shipbuilder, incorporates advanced automated systems like a comprehensive bridge and state-of-the-art fire extinguishing technology. It will begin operations on March 30th, sailing on the Lion route from China to Portugal, the Netherlands, Belgium, the UK, and Morocco before returning to Singapore and China.

Notably, this is the second 233,000 deadweight tonnage vessel that the Chinese shipbuilder has delivered to MSC this month. In the future, MSC will add even larger ships like the MSC IRINA and MSC LORETO, which have a transport capacity of 24,346 TEU, to its fleet.
