“Service” refers to the Company’s services accessed via the Site, in which users can avail the services of quotation management, container tracking, contract and dispatch, shipping schedule, multi-objective optimization, data analytics and reporting.

To use the Service thereafter, you need to submit further your email address and create profile on GoComet portal by creating unique username and password. However, in an effort to improve the quality of the Service, we track Non-Personal Information or Usage Information provided to us by your browser or by our software application and third-party analytics tool when you view or use the Service, such as the website you came from, the type of browser you use, the device from which you connected to the Service, the time and date of access, and other information that does not personally identify you.
